Shipping Terms:

All shipping information below applies to U.S. shipping only, international shipping is not available.　

Ship to US 48 contiguous states only: No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico.

Standard Shipping and Processing:

Our standard shipping is for curbside delivery only. It usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks for you to receive the merchandise from the date your order was placed. If there is a delay, we will notify you by call or email.

We will send you a tracking number via email with the information of shipping company’s website address once your order is shipped out. You are supposed to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

Shipping company will call you in advance to schedule delivery at your convenience, please make sure you will be at home to receive your order at the time scheduled.

Inside delivery is available at additional cost.

Local Pickup from our warehouse in CA is also available.

All pick-up orders please make a appointment with our warehouse in advanced. Since we need to confirm the item arrives at our warehouse already.

Shipping Tax:

There is no shipping tax except CA customers.

New Product Warranty

All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.

If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.

While WendyFurniture.com works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. WendyFurniture.com acts as a mediator in the process of warrantee fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties.

Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.

Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.
