Ship to US 48 contiguous states only: No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico.
If optional shipping insurance is paid at the time of purchase you will be covered for any damages in transit. We will also handle all freight claims and pick up the damaged item and replace it with a new one. If you opt out of the insurance it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company and wait to get reimbursed from them.
Before You Sign for the Delivery
All our deliveries are curbside deliveries only. If you are ordering a large or/and heavy item, you or your partners will need to help the driver to unload the merchandise off from the truck, otherwise, the driver may have to use the lift gate and you will be charged additional fees for the lift gate which is not included in the price paid. Please keep in mind that you need someone to help to move it inside your house.
Please inspect the packaging and content for any damage that may have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the carrier/driver and Send us a description and digital photograph of the damaged items/parts within 7 days. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been signed and accepted upon delivery, or any supporting document and photo received by me after the 7 days period.
CANCELLATION / EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is our first priority.
Orders may ONLY be cancelled by sending an email to email@example.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase invoice number and reason for the order cancellation.
Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order date will receive a full refund without penalty. For orders cancelled after 24-hours from order date, WendyFurniture reserves the right to charge a 25% order cancellation, restocking and handling fee incurred including. These fees are incurred because WendyFurniture is required by its manufacturers to order of all merchandise after your order placement.
Orders canceled after shipped are subject to actual round shipping charges from shipping company plus the 25% fees above.
If a refund is requested when your order is ready to ship, 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount.
If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse (as determined by tracking number) and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
* IMPORTANT: All returns must have the original packaging. * All items must be unassembled and re-packaged in the way it was received. All returns must be notified to our customer service within seven (7) days of receipt (verified by the tracking number given). This will allow us to better process your returns, refunds, and/or damage claim requests. Failure to follow the above guidelines will cause a delay and lead up to the denial of return / damage claim requests. No exceptions will be made, and thank you for your cooperation.
* All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount.
* If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be the original total less shipping charge, 20% restocking fee on the original item price, and any deductions resulting from return shipping damages or unreported defects. Refunds will be credited in 1 to 2 weeks from the date of arrival for the returned item.
* If an exchange is requested, the original item price less 20% restocking fee is credited toward the new order, and WendyFurniture.com will cover for new shipping charges on the exchange item. Deductions from the credit total will be accounted for any damages resulting from return shipping or unreported defects.
* No returns are accepted after the 30 Day Return Policy period.
