We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
We accept returns for:

To be eligible for a return:

💸 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Here’s how it works:

The inspection process typically takes 1–2 business days after the item is delivered to our returns center.

Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
🕐 While Wendy Furniture processes refunds promptly, bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
✅ No restocking fees apply — you will receive a full refund of the product price (including any applicable tax).
💳 Shipping charges paid on the original order (if any) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We offer free exchanges for:

To request an exchange, email info@wendyfurniture.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will send you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement at no additional cost once the original item is received and inspected.
