Wendy Furniture – Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Effective for all U.S. domestic orders

Wendy Furniture is committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return, exchange, and refund policy that complies with U.S. consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center guidelines.

🔁 Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

We accept returns for:

  • ✅ Defective or damaged products

  • ✅ Non-defective items (if unused and in new condition)

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in new condition, and in their original packaging

  • All original tags and labels must be attached

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@wendyfurniture.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Once approved, we will provide:

    • A prepaid return shipping label (free of charge)

    • Step-by-step return instructions

  3. Package the item securely and ship it using the provided label.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets return eligibility.

📦 All returns are processed by mail only — we do not offer in-store returns.

💸 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Here’s how it works:

  • The inspection process typically takes 1–2 business days after the item is delivered to our returns center.

  • Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

🕐 While Wendy Furniture processes refunds promptly, bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

✅ No restocking fees apply — you will receive a full refund of the product price (including any applicable tax).

💳 Shipping charges paid on the original order (if any) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

🔄 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Items that are defective or damaged

  • Products shipped in error

To request an exchange, email info@wendyfurniture.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will send you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement at no additional cost once the original item is received and inspected.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped

  • If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return request
